Hello,
I bought a new cellphone and it wont turn on or respond to the charger being plugged in what do i do ? The phones and HTC Evo 4g

Sounds like its DOA, since its new, return/exchange it.

First of all, have you put the battery in? That happened to me when I got my Galaxy S3, I keep charging it and it wouldn't work, until I realized I didn't put the battery in (stupid me). Have you tried with different outlets, chargers, and wires?
