Razer headsets are crap. Just send it back to wherever you bought it. Hopefully you can get your money back and buy another headset. Me and my friends all had trouble with Razer headsets. The rest of their gear is great though.

I really like Razer keyboards, mice and mouse mats but as said there headsets are just poorly built and not good sound quality
