i bought a Samsung note 4 unlocked and I tried to put my sim card in it from my Verizon phone and it is not working. It saying that the sim card is not registered

Hello,

Contact your mobile operator. The problem comes from your Mobile Networks settings (you have to add proper mobile network).

If you are sure that the phone is unlocked... your sim may be defective.

Did you make sure the Note 4 you got is the correct one to use with Verizon. There are two types of network connections, AT&T, T-Mobile and most budget operators like Metro PCS use one type, Verizon and Sprint use another type.
