I cannot delete, archive or move any emails in yahoo mail.

I cannot delete, archive, move, or do anything in yahoo mail. when i click the box to delete, it just opens the email to read. Hope you can solve this issue, many thanks.

Are you getting any error messages? If so what are those error messages?

Have you tried reinstalling?

Have you contacted Yahoo for assistance?

However, clearing the cache of the browser resolved it.
