I cannot remember my hdd1 password

I was recently having problems with the screen so I took it to a shop and ask them to find out what was wrong and notify me but they took it upon themselves to fix it now I remember my password but I cannot sign in when it comes to the hdd1 password I'm very frustrated can somebody please help
