Solved! I cant figure out why my element electronics tv gets powee but will not power on

I have a element electronics tv model ELCHS321 SERIAL # KR801035880001777. It gets power yet refuses to power on i have checked jist about all i know to check and still no picture please help

First guess is bad power supply.
