i cant find the bluetooth device under the playback device

Am try to connect a Bluetooth speaker to my PC windows 7

Please give us device model (or supported bluetooth) for both sides.
3 things I can come up with:
1. windows problems (get driver etc)
2. unsuported bluetooth on either side (check both with phone etc)
3. 3'rd party driver/tool used to connect. Will for sure appear if you google the device.

If your computer has Bluetooth capability, check to see if you have he driver installed by going to Device Manager. If you do see it, see if you can update the driver by right checking Bluetooth and update. If you do not see it, you do not have the driver installed. Install the driver form your computer company's website. Check to see if it is turned on. You can do this by pressing the Windows key, type Bluetooth, and select the correct search option. It would tell you if it is off or on.
