I cant find the wifi radio on toshiba satellite a70

Hello,
Have a Toshiba Satellite A70-PSA70A-007001. It has no wifi radio switch that I can find. How do we turn the wifi on? FN-F8 doesn't work. We have downloaded lates BIOS also.
