I had to do a factory reset my tablet. Now my tablet's WiFi wont stop saying turning WiFi on. What do I do to get it to turn on and connect??

You probably need to re-enter the credentials like username / password for your routers wifi? Otherwise pleas try to describe the problem in more detail and tell us why you had to do the factory reset.
