I can't install win 7 in new hard drive

I bought a new hard drive for my Sony vaio vpcf115fm and I would to install win 7 ultimate but the cd doesn't show in the box of installation how can I solve the problem.

You are installing Windows to the new hard drive, not the Win7 DVD, so it's the hard drive you need to select.
