You're very lucky. If you really want to trust a Russian securiity programme, carry on trying to make it work.

If you value your security, choose a different programme.

Uninstall it and run a full malware check.

Then install an alternative -- there are still a few good free ones to be had -- Comodo being the best free one in my opinion:

I don't see the sense in paying for AV protection while ever Comodo remains free.

I may have never thought I would say this but Windows Defender is quite efficient in Windows 10.
