i meant i think my messages are not being received. i tried to send an email to my acccount but still thre is no message in my inbox

What type of account is it (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. or one provided by your ISP)? Are you using Outlook or some other program to manage your email? You may need to contact the email provider and report the problem.
