I can't reduce brightness on my acer aspire 5532

Hello,
i am having some problem about my acer aspire 5532.i can't reduce brightness.i have tried everything including fn+left/right arrow but in vain.what should i do?plz provide a proper solutiom

Download the driver for the fn-keys from acer and install it.
