I can't screenshot on my laptop by pressing windows and print screen. What can I do?

I cannot take a screenshot on my laptop by pressing Windows key and Print Screen key. What can I do?

Are you sure that is not working or you just don't know how to paste the saved image? I have known quite a few people that hit Print Screen then stop there without knowing how to view the image they saved.

You can also just try hitting the Print Screen key on it's own without the Windows key.

Does using the prtscrn key also require you to hit fn first?
