I can't transfer my files to SD card

Earlier I was able to transfer videos and audios to my SD card via phone only. But now it is not transferring. I can only read my ad card and can't edit it

Have you made any changes to the card? Has it been removed from the device at all? Also, is it perhaps full?

No I haven't made any changes. And it is not full because my phone shows that 14 GB is still free in it.

And was it removed from the device at all and used in any other device?
