...i changed the runtime

So...My Minecraft kept crashing (I think its crashing anyway) it said alot of things about different things, It also said there was a problem with the Java runtime. SO, me being my stupid self....i changed the runtime....(deleted alot of it) i dont even understand why i did it to this day....and i do not know how to reset it! Pleaseeee heeelp!
