i charged my j2 with a fast charger and now it does not work only work when charging but again it turns off

i charged my j2 with a fast charger and now it does not work,only work when charging but again it turns off after several minutes.what should i do?

You probably need a new battery. And yes, the battery can be changed, just may not be as easy to do as with other devices.

are you sure it is a battery problem?or isit an issue with the charging circuit?

You can always try using a standard charger on it and see if it works fine. In regard to it being the charging circuit inside vs the battery, there is no way to know without checking both.
