I cracked my new laptop!!!!

i bought a samsung ativ book 9 lite from JBHIFI

and now as i was running home it dropped out of my bag and cracked on the floor

it has a hinge crack (across the spine or something) and a major crack on the back of the screen, also on the top (to the point where u can see the inside)

can i fix this without doing it myself? can i pay like a laptop fixer or use my 1 year warranty

That sounds really clumsy. Anyway, your warranty should cover it. If not you could just say it was cracked when you got it and have it exchanged for another.

i probably should have mentioned im overseas and wont be returning to aus for another 20 days

EDIT: as in i bought the laptop, opened it overseas to use and just dropped it T_T

You can try to find another laptop of the same model on ebay to use as scrap to fix this one. This is why I avoid plastic body laptops as they break very easily.
