I do not own any version of playstation but I have the tiger woods game, can I put it inside laptop?

I was givin Tiger Woods PGA Tour, but I do not own a ps3-can I put it inside my Laptop, like I do when my neighbor burns me movies, and I insert disc and drag em to videos?

no it was designed to run on playstation 3, completely different architecture.
