I do not want turn on when close the lid

My laptop automatically open when I close the lid, even I already shut it down before I close the lid.

which operating system is installed and which laptop is it exactly?


For windows 10:
have a look at the "power options" in windows (right click on windows symbol bottom left)
"choose what happens when you close the lid"

The touchpad driver is installed too?

In the device manager of windows is no exclamation mark visible?
