i dont have bluetooth on my tablet

I need to know if there is an app that lets me add Bluetooth to my tablet that doesn't have Bluetooth

I have a Freelander PD500C Tablet PC Android 4.4.2 Dual Core 10.1 Inch HD Screen 8GB HDMI, which does not have Bluetooth capability, but I'm hoping to obtain a USB Dongle and some Bluetooth drivers to add this capability.
Can anyone advise me please?
