I don't know what happened but my phone screen is totally white

The screen of my phone just shows pure white thingy but I can still feel the vibrations that indicate that it is responding to my typing anything down. What to do?

The phone needs to be looked at and possibly the display replaced. If it is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not, try a local tech.
