Solved! I download the itunes in my iphone then imei & iccid appear

please i need somebody who could give me idea so that setback the previous operation or window of my iphone because when i download itunes music then the emergency call appear in my iphone i don't how to remove this and also imei & iccid appear in my iphone window thank you if somebody could help me on this.!

Try uninstalling itunes from the phone and see if those things disappear. If so, then try to download it again (the latest version). If it continues to happen, your best bet would be to get ahold of Apple support (so long as your phone isn't jail broken).
