I dropped my laptop and now the it says "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot reboot"

My laptop fell off my desk and it landed with the screen all the way back. The screen works fine but now it goes from the HP load screen to black screen then to a screen that says "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot Reboot"

Sounds like the harddrive is damaged. I hope you made backups.
