Question How i know if my Laptop is 1080p full hd

I just bought an used laptop, Thinkpad x270 Core i5-6200U
Seller says it use FULL HD /FHD screen

But ,when the item delivered to my home, I checked and the max resolution is just 1366x768 , as I know that is not FHD but HD, so do I got scammed ?

or is there any way to unlock FHD screen on this laptop ?

Seller said they don't have x270 with FHD screen and Seller just told me to return it and exchange it with x250 touchscreen FHD , is it worth it ? or I just stay with this x270 HD screen ?

hi, I just uploaded my screen resolution pic, is it HD or FHD ? I dont really know about this kind of stuff , but I read 1366 is HD, there is no 1920 choices in it

I think it's worth it if you really need it and also depends on how much it costs to replace it

the x250 FHD is convenient FHD but, its older, I will stay with this x270 since it got usb C , thank you all for your answers
