I dropped my phone in juice I quickly got it out it was still working so I kept playing on it then it shuts off and I tried turning it on but it only vibrates and vibrates when I get a message and it doesn't show a screen what's wrong with or how can it be fixed?

Doubt you can fix it without replacing a bunch of parts inside. Liquid damage, especially something sticky and filled with substances like juice will lead to component damage. You would likely have to try replacing the screen first, maybe the system board.
