There's nothing you can do about recovery and nothing we can do to help you because we can't see proof of ownership. You can download Windows 10 from Microsoft and put it on a stick or burn it to a disk.

Format the hard disk and reinstall the operating system and if you use Bitlocker again, make sure you don't lose the password or the key.
