I found the 2nd sim slot on moto g1 but not sure how to view SD card folders, bz I don't see a file manager

Im using moto g1 I have dual sim slot that could be inserted with SD card, but I'm not seeing file manager on device, can some one help on this?

Not all devices have a file manager app. If yours doesn't you will either have to download a file managing app to view the files that way.

Or you connect the phone to a computer via USB cord and access the card and files through there. That is my preferred method since it is faster and you can move many things at a time.
