I have tried every thing I have found on Google search to remove Baidu from my PC and everything I've tried has failed. I can't even format C/: drive. Please help! If I bought every program that is suppose to work I would be program poor.

You don't need to format C: drive. If you have windows installation media, you can simply delete the partition and do a clean install. Depending on which version of windows you have, use one of the following guides to do so:

No programs other than the windows disk or restoration image itself is necessary or required.

Baidu as in search engine? in windows 7, click start, control panel. network and internet, internet options. programs tab, then click manage add-ons. Baidu should be listed there, choose a different search engine.

That alone will not remove the infection. And it IS an infection, of sorts. No different from the Babylon toolbars or Antivirus 360 infections. Well, a bit less invasive, but still a problem.
