I got a old tv coax only how do i hookup my cable dish tv to it?

Coax means?
If it means the RF antenna connection then you would use the RF output of the Dish box. If the box doesn't have that output then you would need an RF modulator that would convert the AV output to channel 3 or 4.
If it means yellow RCA video + red and white RCA audio then you should get a Dish box with AV outputs.
