I have 2 local disk, but anything I download, goes to the first disk on my computer. I went to settings and changed the settings for "New apps will go to DISK 2 (D: )"

Can you please help me?

Also, I put a space after the "D:" because this website converts `: )` to a smiley face.
 
Solution
"New Apps" doesn't equal to "New Downloads."

"New Apps" sound like when u install something and the installers ask, "Do you want to install on C:\PROGRAM FILES blah-blah, and you don't even read it and hit enter.

"New Downloads" has to do with your browser, or if you are using a third party download App. Reconfigure that, somewhere in settings there is a default download path.

You can change the default location of the Windows Downloads folder:
