I have 4gb of RAM and around 1.5gb graphics memory but my dedicated video memory only shows me 32mb ......

How can I increase my dedicated vram from 32mb to 128 mb .

It's an old holdover from Windows XP days. Windows 7 or greater automatically allocates whatever memory it needs for graphics. So, don't worry about it.
