I have Bose system that connects to the tv sound via headphone connection how can I connect this system to a 3d active plasma tv

The TV probably has an optical audio output so you will need a digital to analog converter such as this:

You will then need the correct cable with 2 RCA plugs on one end and stereo mini plug on the other.
