I have a hacker the hacker put a lock on my settingdi can't get the lock off by touching it I can't use my phone

This is a very unlikely story so who told you it must be a hacker that caused this. Switch off the 'phone then remove the back cover and take out the battery. Press the power button for a few seconds then put the battery back in and replace the cover.

Press the power button again to turn the phone on, tap the Apps square then Settings. Are things any better?
