i have a i3 geforce 820m dell laptop of 4 gigs ram

i installed gta 5 and now it barely runs it it shutters a lot any ways to make it better and get a smooth fps even on the lowest of settings. please help.

You probably have the computer set to not use all of the 820m power. It would overheat the Dell that can barely handle the heat it has. It is more powerful than this 720m gpu. http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-720M.90247.0.html

Are you running it in the lowest resolution you can get?

The page show the 720m can run GTA V low 1024x768 49 fps Compare med. 1366x768 39.4 fps Compare high 1920x1080 8.4 fps ultra 1920x1080 4.1 fps
