I have a JVC 42" plasma

I am working on a JVC 42" plasma TV that will not power-up. I've checked all the internal fuses(which are good)the main power supply is getting 120volts to the main board, but the TV will not turn-on. Any ideas?

If you are sure that the output of the power supply is supposed to be 120v then you would have to look at the control board. I suspect that that is not the correct voltage especially if you are measuring 120v ac which is the input voltage to the TV from your wall socket.
Typically the capacitors on the power supply board go bad. You can tell since they tend to look bloated or even have leaked. www.shopjimmy.com may have replacement boards for you set.
