Solved! I have a JVC tv and it's set on cable and I don't have a remote how do I get it off cable and too tv

I have a JVC tv and no remote my tv is set on cable how can I get it off cable on to tv

Use the buttons on the TV. If for some really odd reason your TV does not have buttons, get a replacement remote, most universal ones should work.
