I have a Mackie 1604 VLZ3, it has a voltage select switch in the back that has sprung apart, i want to know if I can jumper the contacts together?

Sure...as long as you jump the right ones.
You can jump them however you like.
You can use crimp terminals.
You can solder them.
You could even use wire nuts.
