I have a remote control access from a device unknown and it is installed virus on my computer which is causing my computer not

It's a 8.1 and I upgraded to Windows 10 how do I factory restore this or how do I get rid of Windows 10 reset this with keeping my data?

First off, how do we know this remote access thing truly exists?

If it actually does...full wipe and reinstall of a clean OS.
Disconnect this system from the internet. Do this now.
Copy your personal data off to DVD or an external drive.
Create a Win 10 install DVD or USB. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Boot from that, and do a full reinstall, deleting ALL partitions on that drive.
