I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. Why does the default notification to going off while i am online

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I what to know why the dedault notification keeps going off while i am online. I need to know how to stop it from doing this

Notifications only go off if an app is set up to give you said notifications. So you will need to check first which app the notifications are coming from and then go into that apps settings and turn them off (if it allows for turning them off that is).
