I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (7.0), will I be able to take pictures without the Internet on my cruise to the Caribbean?

I live in Canada and this is my first Tablet. Will I be able to take pictures without internet while vacationing in the Caribbean?

Yes. Cameras do not need internet access to work. You may run the risk of running out of storage space, if you take a ton of pictures, and having internet access would help you upload them to a cloud service and free up space, but other than that you should be fine.
