I have a Samsung Np300e5c laptop and just put a new ssd in it. I turn it on to get into startup for USB on windows 10 but all It does is splash Samsung logo and restart over and over. What am I doing wrong?

The ssd is Samsung evo 850 500 gig if that matters

Partition and format the new drive, then load your operating system. The Win 10 installation disk can't do this for you.
