Solved! I have a samsung smart TV it can find my network but it can't connect

my Samsung tv sees the networks including the one I want to use but it can't connect.

You can try to do this following steps. First, on your TV remote, go to menu then settings then network. Then, select network settings, go to start then IP settings. Then choose select DNS mode and make sure the green check is on manual. Enter 8 8 8 8 and press OK. I hope this works.

Hi, Same problem here.
Tried every idea on here with no luck.
Then I remembered the TV wifi starting playing up when I connected an Amazon Firestick.
Solution: removed Firestick, re-set network settings and BINGO.
It works.
Now trying to connect Firestick to TV by cable and not wirelessly.
