I have a toshiba laptop and i just opened it and it is completely frozen,mouse and keyboard. I am not even able to put my pass

Keyboard and mouse do not work.

Press and hold the power on/off button until it shuts down.

Now start it up again to see if it works okay (might just have been a "glitch").
