I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I can't find the way to open the place to put a DC or a DVD..can you help me?

What model is the laptop? It's possible it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive.

If it's a thin slot, you don't need to open it. Just slide it in.

There may also be an eject button on the keyboard, usually in the top right.
