Iphone 4 no sims card slot want to turn into straight talk adter paying turmination fee. How do i do this?

By memory you need to bring it in to a store for them to reprogram. Can't remember; the only CDMA network here in NZ was turned off a few years ago.

I'm assuming they can't easily put a lock on it, like you can simlock GSM phones.
