i have a zte xmax pro and it does that

my zte xmax pro keep powering off when i take it off the charger but its on 100%

Just because it says it isn't 100% doesn't actually mean it is. If the battery is going bad, or done for, it will show a charge that isn't actually correct. I would suggest getting the battery replaced.
