I have an android phone with 30G of data and just got a Baird smart TV how do I connect them wirelessly

Your phone and phone's data plan would need to have the option to turn it into a wifi hotspot. If it can, you should be able to find the hotspot options in the settings. Once you have the hotspot enabled your TV (if it's wifi capable) should be able to detect the signal and connect to it wirelessly.
