I have an HP laptop with a non touch screen that is completely shattered. Can I replace my current screen with a touch screen

Solution
there is a possibility that if that model of laptop had the option to have a touchscreen, the laptop might have the hardware for a touchscreen already built into it. That being said i looked for a minute and there really are no clear and simple walkthroughs addressing this sort of thing. I would say if you are lucky maybe it would work, but odds are that it might take a lot of tinkering to work or might not work at all.
