I have an rca antenna I connected it to my trutech tv and the screen turns blue an that's it .. help

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The tv stays blue and stays on channel 2 I did a scan and have it on air and still nothing

Did the TV show that it found channels after the scan?
There is usually a place in the TV menu to check that. If not then either the antenna needs to be reoriented/ raised or you need a better antenna.
With digital TV you either get a picture or you get nothing. No snowy picture.
